Initially there was a bit of a mix-up with the finance, as I applied for the finance online and it got accepted, although the dealership had no record of it. They apologised and fast tracked it for me, which was good. The car also had an issue within the first week, but they resolved it quickly and gave me a courtesy car, so all positive in the end.

At first I was struggling to get used to the car, so I was a bit unsure if I had made the right decision. Although now I am used to it and have had some time to drive it, I am satisfied with the car. I rang Tom, who advised me that there is a 12 month warranty on the car, which I'm pleased with, so overall I'm satisfied and would score Motortrust top marks!

We bought our previous car from Motortrust, which was a BMW. We went with a Volvo V90 this time as it was spacious. When we bought the BMW, it was a good experience, which is why we went back to them. Everyone was helpful and was happy with the service.

It was Chris that I dealt with throughout the buying experience, he was polite and friendly and did a good job. The Kia Ceed has been all good.

Everything’s good with the car. I went for this model as I needed something a bit newer and more reliable compared to my old Fiesta, which was an '09 plate, as I am driving down to Exeter, which is on the other side of the country. I thought we would keep it simple and go for the same car but a newer version. Overall the dealership was good, there were a few delays, but it all worked out eventually, so I would definitely go back to them again, although I am going to keep this for a few years first.

Rafa was really good. I've had a Ford Kuga before and wanted another one. A few little issues that need sorting, but other than that, all good.

Getting on absolutely fine with my new Jaguar. I had to change cars, as I had nowhere to charge my electric car. Can't remember the salesman who I spoke to whilst I was there, but it was all absolutely fine. I'd recommend them.
