So far so good, im happy with the Kia. I have slight issue as previous owner was a smoker, spoke to the dealer to clean the car but it didn’t full fix the issue so gave lower score. Friendly staff on the day with a pretty smooth process. I test drove the car, explanations, signed the paperwork and came back three days later.

my salesperson was Tom Jennings and that he was brilliant throughout the sale. Took time to explain things properly, gave good advice and absolutely did not have a 'hard sell' or pressurised approach, which i really appreciated. He had a great rapport with myself as a customer, was easy to talk to and came across as friendly, knowledgeable and professional. This was my first time using Motortrust, I was looking for a car and decided to check out the Kia they had. Rizwan was a top guy. Helpful and helped as much as he can. Tried his level best explaining about the car. I have a 3yr gearbox and engine warranty which captivated me more to go with them. Quick process to get the deal agreed but then the car needed preparation for a couple of days.
