The Class is alright, I've had an issue with it where after 3 days the engine light came on, I rang up to get the codes read at the however on the day the dealers OBDII reader stopped working so I had to read the codes on my own and send them over before getting it booked in. When I initially went to view the C class it was not at the dealership it was at a lock up compound, so we had to rearrange the viewing. The purchase of it went alright.

Everything is fine with the GLA, my experience with the dealership was good.

My experience with Motortrust was all good, there's no issues on our side and the Range Rover Evoque is fine as well. Morgan discussed some sorts of add ons with us but he wasn’t pushy and some of them were of interest to us. So it was the first time we've ever brought a car online, without viewing the car, it went really well. They delivered the car for us it was a smooth process from start to finish, the communication from the team as great and they kept me in the loop by text. The paperwork was thorough, it was nice to be able to go through and get a bit more of a deeper understanding of some of it.

The Skoda Scala is all good, we brought it for our company and the driver using it has not had any issues after collecting it.

The 1 Series is spot on! The whole experience was really smooth, I didn’t have to think about much. The 1 series seems like a good deal, there weren’t many cars up here, so I had a look down the road and for what I got, I think I got a good deal. I travelled down from the top of Scotland, when I got down to Motortrust in Garstang the 1 Series was ready to rumble and we went back up the road.

The BMW 3 series is sound and all same as the experience. Cork was boss, he was really helpful. I found a Mercedes on auto trader online and went to view it at Motortrust in Garstang but ended up liking the 3 series a lot more.

The dealership experience has been good! The car's not been amazing, I've had to take it back a couple of times. To be fair Motortrust has been really really good at getting the car fixed whenever I bring it back. I've been dealing with Kork to get the car fixed and everything as well, he's been amazing. What stood out to me the most was just how easy it is to contact them about problems with the car and how quickly they deal with the problems.

The Mitsubishi Outlander is alright, not have any issues with it. When we picked it up from Motortrust it was just missing the liner in the back. It would have been a big help from the dealership to offer transport from the train station. Thomas was ok throughout the whole journey.
