I brought my Mercedes as a birthday present for myself. I was very nervous and excited about spending a lot of money that I had saved. However I have not been disappointed. Jack was excellent. He was not the typical pushy sales person. He put me at ease. Answered the questions I had. I travelled over 100 miles to collect the car however, Phantom can deliver to you also. It was ready for collection. Customer Service was good. Would recommend Phantom.

I'm really Enjoying the Audi TT, my friends have been asking me where I got it from! I’ve been looking around the Phantom website for a while as I really like the car collection there. I was planning to visit one day. I found the TT on the website and asked for a viewing. I really liked the viewing experience and the customer service. Chelsea was so nice, every doubt we had she cleared, her service was really understandable! All the staff are nice, especially that one business administrator guy. He was very friendly and professional. If i'm upgrading my car my first choice will be Phantom, I have already recommended them to my brother and friends.

I would rate my experience a 4 star as staff lovely and were regularly in contact through out the process making it feel easy and an enjoyable experience purchasing my new car :)

My VW Arteon is spot on, I can't fault it. The sale's was brilliant, honest and upfront. I can't find anything wrong with the car, its like new. I would return in the future.

I was driving past Motortrust and decided to pop in, and I noticed the Tucson. It was exactly what I was looking for as it had a big boot, was reliable and it was reasonably priced. I had a few issues getting the light on the dash sorted but its been fixed now. I was with Ben during the sales process, he was alright.

The Audi E-Tron has been fine, we have been enjoying it. Other than a delay on the collection date, the customer service was brilliant.

Everything from start to finish at Phantom was perfect, from the communication to helping me find the right vehicle. Originally I had chose a different one but it had gone right away, so they let me have a look around to see if I came across anything else which I did, I went to view it and had a test drive, put a deposit down and picked it up the next week, it was simple and clean! I’ve already recommended them to a friend.
