Really pleased with the DS4 and have been getting on great with it. It's a lovely car and I'm really enjoying it. I spotted it on the forecourt while driving past, and it caught my eye, so I went in to have a look. Richard was fantastic to deal with. He was a great bloke. The service was fantastic.

The Vauxhall Mokka is my first electric car, the only issue I've had is a brake fault that's waiting to be looked at by a garage. That's been a bit frustrating, but I don't blame the dealership for that, as I can't fault them at all. I got a good deal on the car, and everyone I dealt with was good. Helen from the aftersales team has been really helpful and has been sorting everything out for me. I'd definitely recommend V12 Sports and Classics to others because I've had a good experience with them.

We’re very happy with the car, and our experience with V12’s Wolverhampton branch was very good. I was a fair trip up for us from Nottinghamshire, which we had to do three times. However, the whole experience was very good so we highly recommend them.

The Range Rover Evoque is doing quite fine. When I came down, they booked me in for the wrong day so when I came to collect the car. When I collected the car the right-side rear indicator was not working. I raised the issue with the warranty, and they requested that I get the car inspected by a garage. I ended up going back to the dealership to get it resolved as the warranty refused to cover the issues, the dealership reimbursed me for the work within 2 days of raising it. The Evoque has been lovely and the service from V12 customer service has been excellent!

To be honest, my experience was fine, everything was easy. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience than I got with Sadar, everything was simple and I was in and out with a couple of hours

The Audi Q3 is fine, there is a bit of loud noise from the brakes and the tires are a bit thin but the car has passed the AA Check, apart from these two issues the car is nice. The whole buying experience with V12 was easy, I traveled from surrey to Wolverhampton to buy the car. They bought the car home, and the team were really friendly.

The VW Tiguan is fabulous, it’s everything I wanted. It’s got a full-service history, low milage and one owner. I’ve bought 3 different cars recently from 3 different dealerships, my experience with V12 was good, I knew what I wanted and what extras I was expecting to buy. I was buying with cash and not finance, which I know is not the most popular. I was offered the paint pack and the tracking package that I was not interested in. There was a bit of issues with sorting the drive away insurance, which I had to sort out myself. I would have like to have been offered gap insurance as well as the option to have a dash camera installed, it will be something good to offer in the future. The Tiguan was very very clean inside and I’m absolutely delighted with it. I would go through the same process again to get the same end result.

We found v12 to be very efficient throughout the sale. We had an engine management light come on, the car been in the garage already with the issue, which was fixed, however it came back on. V12 has been helping us get the issue resolve with the warranty provider. The whole buying experience was really good, they salesperson and Simon were very knowledgeable, helpful and clear
