I purchased a Ford Transit Custom from Vansco and, although the turbo blew on the first van, they dealt with the situation really well. The turbo went on Friday, I went down on Saturday morning, explained what had happened, and by Saturday afternoon I was in a brand new van. I asked if I could swap into another van they had rather than wait for repairs, and within about an hour they confirmed it could be done and had it ready for collection later that day. I dealt with Mark and Matt throughout the process. Mark couldn't have helped me any more.

The team at the dealership was polite. They were just busy. My experience there was alright and about what you'd expect when buying a vehicle. Overall the van has been okay, although there were a few issues that weren't sorted, such as the windscreen and some of the prep work. Despite the issues I've mentioned, I would still recommend Vansco to others, as some of it is the sort of thing you can slightly expect, but I do think the preparation and checks could have been better.

The Maxus eDeliver 3 is in good condition. One thing that surprised me was that it came with lots of extras that I hadn't anticipated. There was still a hot handwash and hand cleaning station in the back, which was an unexpected bonus. The customer service was great throughout. Ben was really good. Nothing was too much trouble for him, and he's a nice, likeable guy. Based on my experience. I'd say it was a six if I could.

Been getting on well with the Ford Transit Custom. I did have a couple of issues initially, including what looked like a small oil leak that I noticed where I park at home. I took the van back to the dealership, and they sorted it out the same day. They left me a van to use while the work was being done, and when I returned later, they had resolved the issue. I've bought a van from them before, around eight years ago, and I'm still happy with that one as well. In fact, my son drives it now. I'd go back again in the future.

I purchased a Mercedes Sprinter from Vansco and overall, everything has been fine so far. The experience at the dealership was very smooth and I was happy with how everything went. The only issue we found later was that there was no light in the pickup area at the back of the vehicle, which has caused some difficulty at night.

Ben looked after us, and he was great. He was lovely and did everything I asked him to do. We had a few little issues with the vehicle, but we're sorting them out with the dealership, and they've been very helpful. The vehicle was purchased for social and domestic use, and my husband uses it for his fishing trips so he can get all his fishing gear in. He's been enjoying it, and it's working well for what we needed.

This is our third time buying a vehicle from Vansco, they had a good selection of vans available. We found the Vauxhall Vivaro in our price range, and after an emergency warning light came up shortly after purchase, which, in fairness to them, they were really good about, we contacted them, and they had the van back to us within a week. It is in great condition
