I was looking for a bit of an upgrade, something with a bit more storage and that was suitable for me. I went for the Mitsubishi L200. It is a great vehicle really enjoying it so far. I do think the communication went a bit poor after I had signed the papers, trying to get a collection date etc, took longer than I would have liked. The only other thing that I had an issue with is that the vehicle wasn't fully serviced, I didn't expect that and think those 2 areas could be improved to make it a perfect sale. In all fairness Tom the salesman I dealt with helped me as much as he could and was one of the best I've spoken to. The car was cleaned, everything was spot on apart from those 2 things so I would rate a 3.5 which I think is fair.

Local to the dealership but it was the first time I had used them. I dealt with Harry throughout the sale, he was helpful and the process was pretty quick apart from a bit of a longer wait than expected. It was around the new year that I purchased so I do understand why there was that delay. When I did eventually go to collect it was all cleaned and ready to go. I have already driven it quite a fair bit and it drives well, no issues. Rating a 4 because of that delay.

I recently purchased a car from Wheelers, Chipping Norton. Nothing was too much trouble, Harry went above and beyond, sending me photos of the engine following my initial enquiry through to arranging a test drive and keeping me updated on the timescale for the car's servicing and collection. The car was thoroughly cleaned and valeted. Collection was easy and warranty options were explained well. Harry was a delight to deal with. I would recommend Wheelers to family and friends.

I am rating my experience a 4 out of 5, the only reason I am giving it a 4 is because there was a 3 week wait to get the car, however I do understand it was a busy time around Christmas and new year. Other than that I couldn't fault anything else. I called up and spoke to amber on the phone when I enquired about the car. She was nice and friendly to speak to. When I went to the dealership she knew who I was, got the car out for me, helped with anything I needed she honestly couldn't have done more for me. It was a shame she wasn't there when I did come to take it away but the staff I dealt with then were equally as nice. I would say it has been a really nice experience with Wheelers. It is taking me some getting used to the Mini as it is bigger than the Fiat I had prior but I am really pleased with it.

5, good service from start to finish

I work in the Agriculture and forestry industry and a friend that we work with had previously been to Wheelers for a vehicle and recommended them to us. I will say the recommendation has lived up to itself. I was very happy with the service I received, It was Tom that I dealt with and he was absolutely fine, and in regard to the vehicle that is absolutely fine, I couldn't fault one thing about it or the experience. I would say Wheelers are a trustworthy dealership and I would use them again.

I went for a BMW 2 series, I suppose I had something similar to it years ago, that was a Mercedes C class but nothing recently. I previously had a little Mazda but it was getting a bit hard to get in and out of it haha! The process buying the BMW was great, I dealt with Amber, she was very knowledgeable, good product knowledge I would say. She wasn't too pushy answered all my questions and it was just a really relaxed experience. It put confidence in me as a buyer. The car was delivered to me in the timeframe that they said it has all been spot on!

I was impressed with the level of customer service at Wheelers. Tom was lovely, he answered any questions and got back to me quickly each time. It was good communication right from the start. They put a rush on the car for me as I needed it quicker than usual and even with it being a shorter time to get it prepared it was still lovely and clean. The car itself has been fine I haven't had any problems, I recently drove it down to Cornwall and got stuck in traffic, it took about 10 hours, however I didn't have to turn the car off once it was perfect. Of course I would rate a 5 out of 5!

Was impressed with the selection of cars on offer. All seemed high quality and in lovely condition. I found Wheelers through internet searching for a specific car, and based on my recent experience, I’ll keep a close eye on their stock for my next purchase.
