Recently purchased my Mercedes GLA 220CDI 4 matic from A1Ortos, saw the vehicle on their website and it lived up to the description and my expectations, the sales team did not put you under any pressure and Jay and Luke were extremely helpful and knowledgeable, would certainly recommend a visit if your thinking of changing your car, the selection of vehicles makes choosing difficult. Will certainly go back when the time comes for me to change, as of now extremely satisfied with my purchase.

I recently went to A1 Ortos to have a look at a Golf R which I reserved over the phone. When I arrived I was greeted by a friendly receptionist who then called for Luke who was dealing with me. Couldn’t ask for a more down to earth person offering plenty of coffee for me and my friend all day. Allowed us to look around their showroom and got the keys for a couple of the cars for us to have a closer look at while my Golf R was being freshly MOT’d and prepped. When the car was ready it was in the exact condition I’d have wanted and didn’t take long before I knew it was a gem. Luke wasn’t rushing or pushing us through the day or anything which was nice. Definitely going to be keeping in touch with these guys and probably see them again in the future for another 10 hour round trip! Cheers A1 Ortos!

Bought a car here a few months ago and dealt with Luke, process was very quick and easy with no dramas. Got a decent price on my old vehicle as a trade in too. Luke was very helpful throughout the purchase and answered any questions I had, great service - would highly recommend.

Went to view a Mk1 Audi TT at A1Ortos and was impressed with the overall quality of the vehicles, the helpful and knowledgeable sales staff and the general layout/presentation of cars on display. Viewing the Audi was a pleasurable experience as you were left to look around the vehicle without feeling pressure or hassled. I was given the keys and was able to freely look over the car by myself but still ask any questions I wished to. All the staff I spoke to were very polite and I was offered numerous cups of tea while I was there. I was able to take the car for a decent test drive and while doing so any questions were answered. I happily purchased the Audi and have had courtesy calls from Luke to enquire if there have been any problems, he has managed to source a handbook and supplied new wheel centres. I would happily recommend to anyone looking for a vehicle to call in at A1Ortos.

Went to A1Ortos to pick up a car for my mate. We were greated by the receptionist who introduced us to Luke, who was the salesman dealing with the purchase. He made us feel very welcome and offered us numerous amounts of coffee while we waited for the car to be valeted. He said we were free to walk around and have a look at all the cars and even got me the keys to some of them. He kept us upto date every 15 minutes on the progress of my mates car and when it finally came out he told us to have a thorough look over it, take our time and to call him when we were ready. The car was immaculate and described was exactly how it was described in the advert. At no point in our visit did we feel pressured to do anything. He even contacted us when we got home to see if we got home safe and how the car was. I would highly recommend purchasing a car from here and we will be back.

I went looking at a car I’d seen online. Luke the salesman gave me the keys to freely look around the car by myself. I went back at the end to ask some questions. He was knowledgeable about the car and it’s history and answered all my queries. I couldn’t have asked for a better car buying experience. All the staff are friendly and extremely helpful but not one of them are your usual pushy salesperson. Great place to buy from and I will definitely be going back again in the future

Just brought a mitsubish shogun, car it is fantastic and good value. The car was polished and cleaned to a high standard. I drove up from Bedfordshire and was welcomed with polite and professional staff. Very happy with the purchase and most definitely would recommend them. Well done first class service all round. I chose my car here nearly a year ago, and the customer service was brilliant. My car has been all ok! the guys don’t pester you here they just basically leave you do it. Thiers no hassling or following you around. Everything is explained and is easy to understand once you have chosen your vehicle. They have to some extra fancy cars here, most certainly il be coming back to upgrade my vehicle. Its 100% worth a visit. I also changed my mind also from the first vehicle that I chose and it wasn’t a problem swapping it over. They are all so friendly here. The website is also very user friendly.
