The guys were really helpful and the car was in the condition described. There was a little confusion when we first arrived because the price on the window sticker was not updated to reflect the price we saw online. Also when we completed the deal and were about to drive off we realised that they forgot to pay me for the sale of my car! We went back in and sorted this out but these minor issues brought my rating down slightly

The lads were really laid back, easy going and easy to talk to. This made me feel comfortable. Everything was as I expected however I do wish the car has had a little clean just before I collected it. Other than that, brilliant.

Wow, brilliant. I am very happy. The parcel shelf was missing but they got me a brand new one free of charge. Really polite people with no pushy behaviour. They advised me on what car was best as I was looking at a couple.

The team at Ace Cars Ltd have been champions, I've had no issues with the service I received, it was all good. Other than a noise coming from the gear box at 60mph, my Nissan Navara has been going okay. I need to get it looked at but am still happy to give 5 stars.

I can't take anything away from the teams customer service at Ace Cars Ltd, everyone I spoke to were really nice people and they helped where they could. The Ford Focus is for my grandson, and other than noticing a couple of marks after driving away, the car has been alright up to now. The lad loves the car, though, so I can't complain.
