I thought Norbert at the dealership was really helpful, and I've had no issues with the Nissan Juke, it has been running well. I'd give my experience 4 stars only because you should always leave some room for improvement.

Everything has been fine with my vehicle, I would say as one thing is I haven't received confirmation for my 3 month warranty. Apart from that everything else is fine. Norbert who I dealt with was good, it was a quick stop at the dealership as I had already done everything online. The car was ready for me when I got there which was appricated. I would rate a 4 only because i haven't received warranty confirmation, everything else I can't complain about.

I rate it a 4 :) The process of purchasing the car was smooth sailing and really informative. I am a worrier but everyone made me feel at ease and happily answered any questions that I had. I did have a couple of issues when I first purchased the car, but Adam was amazing and got me booked into the workshop as soon as he could and fixed them for me. Overall great service and communication. I have nothing to fault with everyone who works with Advantage.

Car is fantastic, dealt with Andy, he was helpful and friendly, made sure the car was ready for when we wanted it. The car could have been cleaned better as there was still the previous owners stuff in it but apart from that everything was fine and we are happy with the car.

I had a problem initially but they fixed it within the week and it has been fine since. I was looking online for an estate car when I came across the Kia Ceed that they were selling. The dealership is actually local to me so popped down to view and was happy with what I saw. The buying process was easy enough and I would still rate them a 5/5 as the guys were good and helped me out when I needed it.

We bought a car for our daughter it is her first vehicle as she is learning to drive. She is really pleased with it. The guys at the dealership were great, didn't have any problems with them at all. They went above and beyond as everything that needed sorted promptly and prior to collection. When the issue did come up, we were able to come to a deal quickly. I was very impressed, excellent garage. 5 out of 5!
