I would rate Advantage vehicles a 5 because when I arrived the car was exactly as it was described online, the staff were very helpful at sorting out and going through the paperwork with me. I also found them to be friendly throughout the sale and I've not had any issues whatsoever so I think a 5 star is deserving.

5/5 - I will say that the car salesman allowed me an my family time and space to look at the cars without any pressure. I believe that influenced my decision to buy the car. Aswell as the quality of the cars and that the place was well looked after.

Dealt with Norbert, had no issues, I came across the dealership while looking online for a new car. I went to the dealership in person to view it. Everything was as pictured and as described so I was happy to go ahead with the purchase. It was quick and easy and I am happy with the car. I have had it a couple of weeks now and it is still running how it was when I purchased so can't complain.

Customer service was brilliant, the staff were really helpful, I couldn't fault them. It was a 4 and a 1/2 hour journey for me to get up to the dealership so I was pleased that when I arrived they had everything prepared and ready to go for me. I was in and out within 30 minutes, there was no messing about, they knew what they were doing. Very pleased, I thought they were a great dealership.

Great team effort from everyone at the dealership. Initially dealt with Andy on the phone and then we went to the dealership he wasn't in so dealt with one of the other gentlemen. There was a few issues with the car so then spoke ot Andy's Son who got everything sorted and ready for us for when we returned the following week and then he closed off the final bit of the sale. They all provided great customer service from start to finish. Nice bunch of guys and we are pleased with the car. We have already been out in it a few times and had no problems. Thank you all.

Harley was really useful, he helped out with everything and when we were missing a apart he got one sent out to us, no problem. It was a quick turnaround, the only downside and the reason I'd rate a 4 is because when the car was dropped off they were meant to text us when they were leaving however we just got a knock at the door and they just suddenly appeared which wasn't the end of the world but we weren't expecting so a bit of a shock haha! Still giving praise to Harley for his help.
