First time I've not been stressed out buying a car. Ryan the salesman left me to examine the car without any interferance, no heavy sales pitch, (actually no sales pitch at all, thier cars sell themselves.) Paul escorted me on the test drive answering all my questions. Then Ryan completed all the paper work and within 30 mins of us arriving we had our new (used) car. :)

Very happy with Affordable Cars York. We read some reviews on here and was put of visiting however we decided to make our own mind up and we are very glad we did. Gavin the sales rep was polite, friendly and not pushy at all. we got close to the deal we wanted and on collecting the car it was obvious we had made the correct choice. It was nice to see a car presented clean, ready to go and well presented rather than some of the rubbish we were shown by bigger car sales. We would buy from again. Thanks.

Excellent Service making purchasse decision easy I was hugely impressed by the team at Affordable Cars. Patrick was friendly and helpful. He gave us exactly the right amount of space when we needed it and 100% of his attention and focus once we found a car we liked. There was a minor mistake in the finance contract which I didn;t spoot when checking the documents. Paul, the Dealer Principal, spotted this the next day and called me immediately with an explanation and a solution. Exactly how customer service should work. I would highly recommend Affordable Cars to anyone looking to purchase.
