Abby was very welcoming and helpful sorting out our click and collect car. She efficiently sorted out a few minor issues and the whole process went very smoothly.
This is the second time we have visited Click & Collect in Carlisle and it was the best service we have had to date with a car dealership.
Ordered my 17 plate Nissan Quashqi from Arnold Clark Stirling, after 2 long weeks of no communication from the Salesman Sean up there, I managed to get my car brought down to Xarlisle as was agreed. Thankfully the professional staff in Carlisle got in touch with me directly to arrange a time for me to go in and collect the car, I was created by Abby when I arrived how made the whole process so easy and at no time was I rushed or made feel uncomfortable 👏👏. The car was as expected and well prepared , the only negative issue with the car which was not Carlisles fault was again on collection of my car there was No service documents in the car!! 2nd car bought from Stirling , 2nd time no documents . I contacted the Sterling branch and the lady I spoke to said she would get Sean the salesman to contact me !! Surprise, Surprise still waiting for that call !! Customer care from Sean was / is TERRIBLE. Will not do any further business through Stirling Branch !! Stung twice now . Thank you Abby and Carlisle Branch for your excellent assistance 👍, see you again , the ratings are for Carlisle branch and certainly not Stirling

Click and collect the car arrived earlier than expected excellent service
Bought my car 4 years ago and was amazed at the service and after sales care.couldnt have asked for better, However I called in November to ask for a service and MOT on my car and asked if a courtesy car was available.Got told no but this could be provided in Workington a 40 minute drive away. As I needed a car to get to work on the service date this was agreed. The day before the service date I was told they didnt know where the courtesy car was-the person who had it didnt return it As the MOT was running out I was at a loss-lose a days work and explain to my boss or drive an illegal car? I called customer services the next morning and was told these things happen-you can take your car and sit and wait for 2 hours its up to you. Well done Arnold Clark

I collected my car from Carlisle branch. Mel was efficient, friendly and helpful.
Melanie was fab - accommodating, attentive, efficient, friendly and organised - just brilliant. Car handover by Jamie was excellent too.
I visited click and collect in Carlisle yesterday, Melanie was the sales lady who gave hand over of my car, she was very polite bubbly and effective with all the information I asked. I would most definitely use click and collect Carlisle again. Thank you and Melanie 😊
