Staff from Servicing to Sales have been friendly and knowledgeable. Most recently Chris in Click and Collect was very efficient in negotiating my latest Focus.

Had a warning light on over the weekend took it into the Arnold Clark Carlisle service depot to have it checked out. Emma was brilliant kept me informed and put us at ease if the fault was to happen again. Pays to have the extended warranty. Perfect service and would definitely recommend.
