I bought my Fiesta Zetec from Carlisle Ford 2 months ago and I am very pleased with it. It was spotless when handed over. The sales rep Annika was superb and the manager Gary took time to have a banter with me. Based on my experience I would definitely recommend Arnold Clark.
Just put a call in to check a service history 16.03.17 at 14.30pm spoke to someone on the service desk who could not have been more unhelpful, if they treat all there customers like that ill be surprised if that place is afloat in a years time. I hope the management at Arnold Clark Carlisle see this review and sack the individual who dealt with me.

Just had the same response charged me £200.92 for a part that can be bought online for 26.75 feeling properly ripped off won't be using their service again any time soon
I bought a Vauxhall from Arnold Clarke in Carlisle back in April and had no issues at all, everything was great can't fault them. The car was really good value for money I am really chuffed with it. I would recommend this dealership.

My thoughts about this place were that they provided me with very poor customer service. Really dirty car, not what I wanted at all when picking it up. I voiced concerns about the car not being what was described and the dirt of the vehicle also at the point of sale. This was not dealt with when I collected it to drive it away. I would not recommend to others.
