When it was time to upgrade my car, I found Auto Seven 7 in Warrington after a thorough online search and spotted a Volkswagen that caught my eye. After a quick call to the dealership, I arranged to see the car in person. From the moment I walked through the door, I was introduced to John, one of their sales agents, who made me feel welcome right away. He gave me all the time I needed to look over the Volkswagen without any pressure, which I really appreciated. The whole experience was pleasant and stress-free.

There is nothing I would change about the service I received from John whilst purchasing my Peugeot 3008 from him recently. From making the initial inquiry to the handover, John was amazing; nothing at all was too much trouble for him, and he was able to answer all of my questions with ease.

Kim, the sales agent, was amazing throughout the process. I initially went to another big dealership and felt like I was being held hostage there for over two hours, and they wanted a ten thousand pound deposit off me. My experience at Auto Seven 7 was completely different. They took me for a test drive, and I loved it! I never felt pushed into making a decision, but I knew I wanted to buy the car anyway. The team was incredibly helpful and made the whole process smooth. I can’t recommend them enough!I had to take my Audi in because the brakes weren’t performing well, but Auto Seven 7 did a fantastic job replacing all the discs and pads for me. The service during the sale was brilliant, but the aftercare also matched it.

I was very happy with the service I received. I'm just waiting it for a locking wheel nut to make everything perfect. Regardless, I would rate the service 10 out of 10. It was very easy and smooth.

On the whole, everything is okay, and it's a lovely car. I just need to get my front cameras looked at, but I haven't spoken to the guys yet as I'm always busy. Kim and the whole team were fantastic, they gave 100% effort throughout the whole sale. There was no pressure, everyone was easy to get along with, and nothing was too much trouble. We arranged to have the car delivered to my house, and it went perfectly as the car arrived on time. I wouldn't do anything differently 5 stars.

It's a first for me owning a Ford Mustang but I couldn't be happier with it. All of the questions I asked were answered in great detail, I was given as much time as I needed to make my decision so I don't have any complaints with how anything went on the day. I couldn't recommend them enough.

Going from an old Jaguar to a BMW, I realised it has a lot more power, which is great. It also come with a tow bar which I'm sure will come in handy. Kim is 100% worth her waiting gold! I couldn't recommend asking for her enough. The next time I'm down Warrington I'll be sure to pop in to the dealership and bring her some flowers.

So far my partner is loving her Mercedes E-Class. I went with her on the day to view it and John was a lovely lad from the word go. We saw the car, took it for a test drive, and there were a few issues I mentioned once I got back, but they were fixed right away. Spot on service, and the dealership has two great lads working there.
