I was blown away with how clean and tidy my BMW was when they had completed the jobs. They valeted it inside and out before returning, I was ever so grateful for that. They originally had the car in to repair a door and wing panel, you can't even see where the bump had happened now, it looks fantastic. I highly recommend Autocraft and their lovely staff to everybody. Thank you so much and congratulations on exceeding expectations.

I would rate 5 stars because the customer service was so good very friendly customer service. My BMW 320 repaired and I am very very happy. Very good price for the repair we are very happy.

Autocraft have done a superb job, I am happy with it all and couldn't fault a single aspect. My DS3 needed a door and a bumper repairing and the boys have done a smashing job, I'm chuffed. Very good customer service levels, for a garage of this sort the care given was next level.

Excellent service provided by everybody and anybody I came into contact with at Autocraft. The staff are all so lovely and kind and very welcoming. I hope I don't need to use you again any time soon 😂 but if I do, I'll be more than happy to come back. My car (Vauxhall Corsa) looks great now the bodywork has been repaired, thank you guys.

I have to give 5 stars to Autocraft, they repaired the back door on my Toyota CHR and I'm over the moon with it. It was so simple and streamline, I dropped it off and they got it all sorted, I went back to collect like we agreed and there was no delays or waiting around, everything ran like clockwork. If you're reading this review I highly recommend using Autocraft, you won't be disappointed.

I was kept fully up to date throughout the whole process, not just by emails, but messages and phone calls too. Every single timeframe was met and the standard of the repair is outstanding.. an absolute great job done. The staff on the front desk are stars, ever so polite and friendly. I felt very looked after by everybody involved, if I could give 10 stars I would. My Mercedes is gleaming now, with what looks like a brand new bumper. I'm amazed by how they have fixed it up, thank you guys, I appreciate the skills you have!

In 1981, brothers Robert and Colin Fielding founded Autocraft with £3000.00 in a 2000sq ft unit in St Georges, Telford. The first vehicles they repaired were a Triumph Dolomite and an Austin Marina van.
Although founded by Robert, In the early 1990’s, Roberts son’s, Darren and Matthew joined Autocraft and the business continued to flourish.
By 2010, a new site at Hortonwood, Telford was identified. Plans were drawn up for the layout of an exciting new repair facility and in 2011 the business was relocated.
The modern Autocraft Telford is now the premier accident repair facility in Shropshire and the business continues to strengthen its position in the UK Accident Repair Industry with over 20 manufacturer approvals.
