If I ever need a bodywork repair again in the future I will come straight to Autocraft in Telford. I took my pride and joy to them, my BMW M2. They took extra special care of my car and although I was a little apprehensive, the front bumper and front wing looked incredible once repaired. You can see the detail and time that has been provided, its immaculate. No hesitation in recommending.

I went to the garage and met with one of the guys outside, he was so helpful and polite and explained the process to me. We swapped our keys over, he took my Smart car to repair the boot and he gave me keys to the courtesy car I was using.. The garage kept me informed and when my car was all ready they came and dropped it off back off to me and took the courtesy car away. The service they provided was top tier throughout. The boot looked lovely when my car arrived, they have exceeded my expectations with both the service and the repair.

Good job done on my Nissan X-trail everything has been done very well. I had the rear door and the rear bumper fixed up a great job. Everybody was helpful and friendly and more than happy to answer any questions I had. I would recommend Autocraft to friends and family.

I came across Autocraft when we needed work carried out to one of the doors on our car. We didn't know the extent of the damage but the guys were fantastic, they managed to just repair the near side door without having to carry out work to other panels. The work they carried out has been done to such a high standard you'd never know it was damaged beforehand. The staff down there are fantastic, they handled everything quickly and professionally. Our Volvo is back to its top form and we couldn't praise Autocraft highly enough.

Autocraft are amazing! They went above any beyond for me when my Audi A1 needed work. They collected the car for me which was a massive help and when the car was ready it took me no more than 2 minuets - this was great for me as I chose to get it on the way to work. The repairs themselves are looking great!

For obvious reasons I hope I never have to use Autocraft again 😂 BUT if I ever did need repair work in the future, this place would be my top choice. The repairs on my Mercedes's is fabulous and the staff are so accommodating. I did not have to chase once throughout the process and the car was ready when it was supposed to be. Overall - excellent!
