Overall the experience was good. They gave me the vibe of all being a family which made it a pleasurable experience. Things were a bit disorganised at times with the paperwork but I can forgive that because of how nice they were and we got there in the end.

I bought my Volkswagen Scirocco from these guys and they were so friendly all the way through. I was more than happy with everything from the clean and professional looking dealership through to the service I received when buying the car. That has continued after the sale too as they have had it back in to get a fault sorted but they just got it in really quickly and were happy to help with it.

I was so amazed when I had a Vauxhall Corsa delivered as a surprise for my 30th birthday. I had no idea they were planning this for me, I haven't even started my lessons yet! It is a great incentive to pass my test though and I can't wait to be able to take it for a spin. It looks really smart and I just love it. It is perfect for me!

They are good guys! When I was looking on Autotrader they were all about 45 minutes away or more and this was the car I really wanted. The reason I went with Automatic Motors Ltd was because the price was fair and competitive compared to the other vehicles in my area of interest so the price was attractive but upon visiting them it was important to me to feel they were a reputable dealer. I very much got that feeling when I got there as it looked very professional. It is very important for me when it comes to buying a car as it is a big investment and they definitely lived up to this feeling. They got me on a test drive and then once I was happy with it they arranged to deliver the car for me. Typically, the windscreen got damaged during delivery but they got this sorted straightaway. Everyone was very friendly even the delivery guys. The car was very clean too but the scent was just a bit overpowering for my taste. Very happy with everything overall.

These guys are very proactive and happy to help. They told me if I ever have any issues just to come straight back and they will sort them which gave me reassurance. They are just quite nice guys. Just waiting for the V5 now so I can put my personal plate on it.

I was looking online for a Mercedes-Benz C-Class and one came up with Automatic Motors. I decided to go down to have a closer look at it even though they had delivery options available. I took it on a test drive and it was all good so I bought it. The guys at the dealership got me everything I needed and made sure I was happy with everything. They were very laidback and didn't try to push the sale. The whole experience was great and the dealership is very clean and professional looking too.

My brother has a Golf and is always telling me how nice it is so when I wanted a new car that was in the back of my mind and they just kept drawing me in so it made sense to look for these specifically. Automatic Motors came up with one and they were the closest to me out of the options so I decided to go there. They treated me quite nicely and looked after me really well. They gave it a fresh MOT, fresh service and gave it a good clean for me. I was keen to take it away as I needed to get home but they didn't want to let it go until they had done this work as they wanted it to be perfect for me. When I went back, they made me very comfortable and offered me drinks while I was waiting for them to put the finishing touches on it. It has been brilliant since then and I am very happy with how it drives.

There are so many dodgy dealers out there but these are just bob on and very reputable. The lads helped us out a lot and made the whole process a very positive experience. I am very satisfied with my Jaguar X-Type, it is absolutely brilliant. It is the perfect replacement for my old one and is a lovely colour. The interior is really nice too it just needs a bit of a clean up but that is going to be my project as this will be mine for a very long time now.

I have always had bigger cars so I was looking for something of a similar size. The Nissan Qashqai was perfect for me as it is nice and spacious. I ordered it online but went down to collect it and they were very friendly and happy to help. It went back in to them for some work done but they organised for a courtesy car to be delivered and they took mine away. They kept me updated on what was going on and made it as convenient for me as possible by delivering mine back to me afterwards too. They were very casual when they were talking to me which took me by surprise but I guess some people like that.

When buying my Peugeot 308 I did it all online. Even with it being done remotely I was still able to contact them easily and they have been happy to help. When it was delivered it was lovely and clean too which just made it feel more special. They have been totally reasonable and understanding the whole time.
