Everything was ok, the car is good and it was all pretty simple and easy. I went there, put the deposit down, went on a test drive and that was that really, decision made. They were welcoming and I found them knowledgeable and willing to help. Can't ask for more really.

I have only been driving in the UK for the last 3 years so I am still quite new to how things are here but my friend told me to go to Automatic Motors. Sam was very customer friendly when I was there. I gave him my budget and we had a look around together to find something that fit what I wanted. There was no pressure from him he just gave me some good help as I initially wanted a Passat but it was out of my budget so he helped me settle on the Golf. He was very good at handling people and I definitely feel like I went to the right place. I had that 5* service no doubt. The car is awesome too.

When I bought my Peugeot Partner it was all very straightforward. I didn't go through the finance as I was paying cash but they still took the time to explain everything to me. They were friendly and welcoming and it was all very nicely done.

Fawaz was a pleasure to deal with. He was easy-going, talkative, and explained everything about the BMW, which I had not experienced before. On the test drive, he explained about sports mode, which I wasn't aware of either. He seemed to know his stuff.

I recently visited Automatic Motors to look at a VW Polo, and I couldn't have been more impressed with their hospitality and service. From the moment I arrived, they made me feel incredibly welcome. The team at Automatic Motors went the extra mile to ensure the car was in top condition. They gave it a thorough clean and even provided a 12-month MOT, giving me complete peace of mind. It would be very rude of me not to score Automatic Motors 5 out of 5. The sales staff moved heaven and earth during and after the sale. There was a little niggle with my Hyundai when I first bought it, but when I made Automatic Motors aware of this, they could not be more apologetic and they were on the ball to get this fixed for me. My car has been running flawlessly since, thank you!
