As a first-time car buyer, at first I was a little apprehensive. However, Fawaz made the experience incredibly simple. He patiently explained everything in great detail, ensuring I understood every aspect of my new BMW. The service provided by this company was proper sound; I cannot fault them at all. My BMW is a great first car, and I am thrilled to bits with it. 

The team was really cool. I've never used this dealership before, but I'm glad that I found them online. The person who dealt with me—I cannot remember his name now, sorry—was kind, polite, and courteous. He was everything that you could ask for, and he never pushed me into the sale. Being allowed the time that I needed to decide what I wanted to do moving forward with things was the reason I bought my car from this dealership rather than going elsewhere. 

I recently had the pleasure of working with Fawaz, and I must say, he was absolutely brilliant throughout the entire transaction! From answering all my questions about the car to keeping me updated, his communication was top-notch. Even though I didn't get to see the car in person before it was delivered, Fawaz made sure I felt confident in my purchase. He sent me a detailed video showing the car's condition, and when it arrived, it was exactly as described. My Smart Fortwo was also valeted to a high standard, making it look immaculate. I'm totally over the moon with the customer care I received and the Ford I bought; both have massively exceeded my expectations! Reyaz was so knowledgeable and informative and made it such an easy sale! As for the vehicle, I don't think I have ever seen one so clean! I recently collected my Mazda 6 from Automatic Motors Ltd in Uxbridge, and I just wanted to spend a few minutes of my time to let everyone know what a brilliant company these are. They really did go the extra distance to make sure it was a stress-free experience for me. 

Last month, I bought my BMW from Automatic Motors, and I have to say that all of the guys at this dealership were nothing short of amazing. From making my first inquiry to collecting my car, they were perfect. Also, the aftercare has been second to none, and I really appreciated it when I received a phone call from someone called Chris to make sure i'm happy with my BMW and the service I received from one of their sales executives, named Abs. 

Overall, I'm made up with my Vauxhall; it is a smashing little car. Reyaz and the staff at Automatic Motors, based in Uxbridge, were all easy-going. I don't have any qualms about anything; I would happily recommend them to others and use them again when I need to upgrade. 

This was my first time using Automatic Motors in Uxbridge. I was fortunate enough to find them online while searching for a new car. Fawaz, the salesman who looked after me, was a great help. He was really approachable and had great knowledge. He went through lots of information about my Mercedes with me and he made sure that I was fully satisfied with everything before leaving the dealership.

I'm happy to report my Mini Hatch One is perfect. It was all thanks to Fawaz because he was was great, very easy to get along with, which gave me a lot of confidence to approach him when I wanted some more info on the car. I did a little bit of research on the car before heading down because I saw it online. I was so happy to see that the car was exactly like the picture online, which made the trip so much more worth it and it made the whole experience effortless. Definitely a 5-star service.
