It was my first time using Autoworld Faversham, and after having a great first impression with them, I will definitely be using these from now on. I enquired about the A4 they had, and got a call within the hour to discuss a viewing. Right from the first phone call the guys were so pleasant to talk too, and were extremely helpful. When I arrived to view the car, it had a lovely valet carried out and was prepped to a very good standard. I didn't feel rushed or pressured into the sale, the guys were open and honest, telling me everything I needed to know, then left me to view the car in my own time. I was over the moon with how everything went and snatched the car up straight away, I can't fault the team one bit, and will definitely be recommending them to others. They have set the example for car dealerships!

I am very happy with how everything is going, the Note is a brilliant car and has been driving perfectly. The sales guys were lovely to deal with, I didn't feel pressured by them one bit, They gave me all the information I needed to know about the car, and I received all of the paperwork without having to chase anything up. I will definitely be recommending Autoworld to all my friends and family, they are a credit to buy from!

Chris and Graham, you are absolutely fantastic, you are both the incredible to deal with! I have been using these for years and years and would recommend to anyone! The Civic I have bought is an unbelievable car, it drives like a dream, and was in pristine condition. The sale as always, was smooth and streamline, I really can't complain at all!

Absolutely amazing! The customer service provided by the guys at the Faversham dealership were fantastic, they answered any question I had and were very informative of the Ford Focus that I was purchasing! I will definitely be back when I want an upgrade, they were spot on!
