Smashing customer service from everybody at Autoworld in Faversham, I have never received customer service as good as this before. They were helpful, friendly, accommodating, courteous,... everything you would want a dealership to be! My Qashqai is perfect and is better than I ever expected it to be, I am over the moon with my purchase and would definitely return and recommend again!

We have had two lengthy trips out in the Discovery and so far it is great! It is lovely to drive and is so so comfortable inside! I did have a slight issue, but they took it back in for me and sorted it out right away so I am over the moon with the service. They were so easy to deal with and made it a lovely experience for us!

I found the team to be very approachable and friendly. After taking the car home I found a few issues with the paintwork, so rang the guys who were more than happy to help, they got the car back in and sorted it out in no time, and it looks perfect now! I cannot fault the service that was provided or the car, it was a 5 star experience!

Autoworld Faversham runs in the family you could say! My dad buys from there, my sister buys from there, I buy from there.... we are all very fond of them! Their cars are always in pristine condition, their service is the best in the game, they are faultless! Chris really helped me out when I was buying my Fiesta, he got everything sorted for me in a timely manner and made everything really simple and straight forwards. He was a really great help and didn't pressure me into the sale or rush me. My Fez is a lovely little car, and is in fantastic condition. 10/10 dealership!

I absolutely despised my last car, it was awful to drive, it didn't look nice, it just wasn't the one for me. So when I drove past Autoworld and sae thee Mini it immediately caught my eye. I had a little look around and decided to give the guys a call the following day, Chris was a fantastic help from the get go and made it all so simple and straight forwards. I took the Mini on a test drive and instantly fell in love, it drove like a dream, and as I'm sure everyone knows they're not too shabby to look at either! The transaction was speedily done with absolutely no hassle, I had a really good experience with Autoworld and would recommend them to anyone and everyone!
