Very prompt response on email and with the calls, their communication was first class throughout. The guys were great, they were so lovely and kind right from the get go. I have had absolutely no issues with the Merc, it is a smashing car and drives so so well. I have had absolutely no issues with any part of the sale, and would definitely recommend to anyone in the area.

I found Autoworld Faversham to be a highly rated dealership, their customer service was exceptional, and the cars they sell are of very good quality. I had a few teething problems to begin with, however, Chris was a fantastic help, and got us back on the straight and narrow. The X trail has been a cracking truck since purchasing, and has exceeded the expectations I had set out for it!
