We had problems with the Fiat Panda radio, which required a few visits back to Autoworld Willenhall and eventually Fiat at Autoworld's cost. Its took a while to get sorted but Lee Sutton the service Manager was very helpful, updates where sent on promised dates/times.

Very good service from David Carter of Autioworld Willenhall when I was buying Nissan Quashqai. All was sorted very professional and fast. I will recommend this company and especially David as Seller. For my next car I will go here.

Worst car buying experience ever. Car was advertised on autotrader with finance example,but on visiting autoworld was told this was not available on that car. However liked the car and decided to pay cash, was told the car would be serviced before collection and have a small amount of paintwork repaired.Collected the car a week later on driving away discovered the car had no fuel in it and had to immediately find a petrol station, Got car home and looking at car discovered car had not been serviced,underinflated tyres and no oil or filter change (photos to prove this) after contacting autoworld was given the runaround for a week before finally having to visit them to get this sorted. Would never use Autoworld Willenhall again

I phoned Autoworld Willenhall at 10 in the morning to check that the car I wanted to buy was still there, and got confirmation that it was still for sale. Arriving 1h 20minutes later, it turned out that the car was sold days ago. It was on a separate parking lot with dust on it and a "sold"sign. When talking to the manager, she refused to even refund my petrol money as it wasn't their fault. Must have been me, then, not being able to be clairvoyant. They didn't care one bit that I spent 3 hours on the road for nothing.

I saw a Renault Scenic Dymanique S on the Autoworld website and as I was in the Scottish Borders the deal was done by phone and email. The information that Tony the sales executive gave was spot on and he was extremely helpful.My car was being taken in part exchange so on arrival at the dealership having travelled down from the Scottish borders everything was ready, all the paperwork that could be done prior to my arrival was completed , the handover for my new car went very smoothly and all in all it was a pleasure to do business with them. All the team are very professional and helpful and if this is indicitive of the way they carry out their operations then I would have no hesitation in recommending them.

I have ask 3 times for a video of a car Autoworld Willenhall have for sale, also when i need a value of my car, site goes down all so 3 time. What a waste of my time.
