I bought my new BMW 1 series recently, I was looked after by Charlie who was absolutely amazing. He was very professional and knowledgeable, he had a friendly manner and so much patience. Not at any point did I feel pressurised by him and I was given time to come to a decision as to whether to buy the car or not. Charlie is a credit to Balham Cars London if only all sales personnel were like him. I'm just so pleased with my new car all thanks to Charlie.

In September I purchased a lovely little Ford KA and it has been running like magic since I drove away from the dealership. When I came to pick the car up it was spotless, inside and out and just as I would expect. No worries what so ever on that front! I am a regular customer, its my second time round here haha. I not having any issues, car is driving just as it should. Johns a god man, helpful and all. I came back here the team treat me good I recommend to all my friends because you are good team. I rate a 4 star.

I received fantastic service from Charlie from the moment I first met him to the handover of my vehicle. He made every effort to make sure I was happy with the car, he was very professional and he worked hard to get me the best price for my car. He answered all my questions patiently and he was unlike any other sales person I've dealt with before, never pushy and always very courteous and knowledgeable. He definitely wasn't trying to make the sale irrespective of my needs.

I'm proper made up with my Audi A3, it is a gorgeous car and performs so well, all my friends ask me where I bought it from. Charlie was the best salesman I could have asked for, what a friendly guy he was and nothing at all was too much trouble for him. I left there with a big smile on my face massively surprised by how good the service was and how great my new car is.
