I visited Balham Cars London after discovering them online and noticing their great reviews, so I felt confident that I’d be well looked after; and I wasn’t disappointed! I was interested in an Audi A3, and I was pleased to see that the car matched the online advert perfectly, with no hidden surprises. Charlie was fantastic throughout the entire process. Not only did he guide me through the purchase with professionalism and ease, but he also went the extra mile by helping me sort out my insurance, which I’m incredibly grateful for. The experience was seamless, and I couldn’t be happier with my new car. I’d highly recommend Balham Cars London to anyone looking for quality vehicles and exceptional customer service!

The salesperson who helped me (an Irish gentleman, though I can’t remember his name) was excellent. He was friendly, professional, and made the entire experience so straightforward and pleasant. He answered all my questions and guided me through the process with no pressure at all. The car itself has been brilliant; no issues whatsoever so far, and it’s clear they ensure their vehicles are in great condition before selling.
