I've been in the market for a small car for a while due to needing it for the small trips. I went for the Vauxhall Corsa, it is amazing, the team were very friendly. I recommended this garage to my daughter and she has also got a car from here recently.

What a great bunch of chaps this dealership has, from start to finish the team were very welcoming to me and my family when we were in the market for a new Mercedes to add to the family’s collection. Since all my family has Mercedes, I knew what to look out for when purchasing another one. You can tell from when you first walk into this dealership that the cars are very well kept but there was one that stood out to me and it was the Mercedes C-Class, even for a 12 year old car it was a very well looked after car. I purchased the car and once I showed my friends and they saw that the reg plate was 12 years old they couldn't believe the condition of the car. Our Mercedes family is complete now as we all have one.

While it can be stressful to purchase a new car, this wasn't the case when I visited this garage as the team were very informative and were always on hand to answer any questions. After the sale of the car, I noticed that the car was leaking coolant and once I made John aware of this, he booked it straight into the garage and got the issues resolved which was amazing as they didn't just avoid my calls as soon as there was an issue.

I meant to write this review after I got the car back in August, but It just slipped my mind. I've had my Nissan for a couple of months now and it has treated me well so far. I've not had 1 issue which is strange considering it is a second hand car as they all come with their problems. It was Charlie and John who looked after me, it was an easy process, but they didn't offer me a bacon butty or a cup of tea but other than that I'm happy. I am due to buy another car soon and I will defiantly look at buying one from this dealer, I hope I get a bacon butty this time.

I bought a Toyota Yaris from Charlie and John at Balham Cars and its a great little car, everything is good with it, it drives well and it is perfect for what I needed. I would recommend this dealership to others in the market for a new car.

Every single person I came across at Balham Cars was amazing.!! The customer service from the very start has honestly been brilliant, they have been incredibly helpful with me and the Focus I bought is exactly what I wanted. I know I will be back to Balham in the future for any other car purchases, I'm really really happy, thank you everybody!

I am really impressed with the team at Balham Cars London, I didnt have an appointment but nipped in after seeing a little Polo for sale. My Daughter needed a car, something reliable, cost effective to run and small in size, this looked perfect. I went in and the reception was warm and welcoming, and even without an appointment, John, the salesman, was excellent in providing all the details and history of the car and handed the keys over for a look around. The whole transaction was quick and easy and very much hassle-free. My Daughter is over the moon with the car and loves driving it, its been fantastic since purchasing. The Nissan Qashqai is actually my first ever car and I am loving the freedom its brought, its very nice to not rely on other people or public transport anymore. The car was cleaned to a high standard and I was so pleased about this, it looked really great when I collected it. I only live round the corner so coming to Balham Cars was very convenient for me and I would happily shop at Balham cars in the near future, I'm glad I've found my go to dealership and so local to me too! I will definitely be recommending to my friends or anyone who is on the hunt for a new motor.
