I am really loving driving the Mercedes C Class it truly is a lovely car. Its such a nice drive and so comfy, its very different to what I had before as I had a Jeep Renegade so a huge different in size! I do very much like it though and do not regret anything. The sale was very nice and flowed well, it was personal and Charlie even came into he dealership early for me to accommodate me which I very much appreciated.

The car is fantastic, and everything is going really smoothly. The process was incredibly easy when I went for the test drive – it was a same-day turnaround. I booked the test drive and ended up buying it on the spot. The car was in pristine condition, and they even topped it up with all the normal essentials before I drove away. I have absolutely no complaints at all. For sure this was a 5 star experience, and I would definitely recommend them to others.

Everything is running smoothly, and I'm pleased to report that all is fine – so far, so good. The customer service was incredibly helpful and friendly. The car is running well, and I'm pleased with how everything was handled. It's been brilliant – I even took it on a really long journey, and it performed perfectly. It's my first car, and it's working out well for me. The customer service was helpful and friendly, providing lots of reassurance throughout the process. They were great, and the fact that my dad bought a car there 6 months ago and had a good experience was another reason I went back. I felt confident in their services. Definitely a 5-star experience, and I'd go back again. The dealership is nice, especially considering we looked at other places and the cars weren't as good. Balham cars are in a great location for us, very convenient.
