The VW Golf is running a dream! Its the exact car I wanted, its in smashing condition for a used car too, very impressed! The customer service that was provided was brill, in fact it was pretty perfect. Although, I'm rating a 4 only because .. a little more haggle wouldn't of gone a miss ;)

I saw an advert on AutoTrader for the Audi A3 and it was down at Balham London, I decided to go and view it, it looked great and I really liked the look of it, the price was really good too, especially in London. I think it was the owner of the dealership that was dealing with us andhe was great, he took the time to explain the details and ensured a smooth run, we had no hiccups. Highly recommended by myself!

Down at Balham Cars, it was not daunting in the slightest. I felt very well looked after and I had plenty of support form the lovely staff that were carrying the sale. Every question I asked was answered in great detail and my sales advisor made sure that I had full understanding before going ahead with buying my Peugeot. I would happily come back to Balham cars in the future and recommend to any of my friends and family.

I was absolutely over the moon with the service I received down at Balham. My Mazda 5 is a dream to drive and I very much enjoy driving it and being behind the wheel. I would recommend Belham Cars to anyone and would use again my self in the future!

I thought the guys down at Balham Cars London were great, they were supportive and very helpful during the process. I am very happy with my Mini Countryman. I would rate my experience as a 4.5 as I believe there is always room for improvement.

I am very happy with my Yaris I purchased, the staff came across to be very helpful and friendly. I have had an issue with the AC and if it wasn't for the small issue with the aircon I would absolutely rate them 5 stars and would say the experience was perfect. The issue was resolved in a matter of days from telling them and they were excellent about it. Other than that I had a great experience and I would pass on my recommendations without hesitation.

My experience with Balham Cars was fantastic. Buying a car hasn’t ever been easier, felt like Charlie was a great honest salesman and it’s clear he cares about his customers. Not to mention the car was reasonably priced and in fantastic condition. Very happy I chose this dealership to purchase my Corsa. They give dealerships a good name.
