Friendly guys to deal with at Balham cars, not in your face when your looking around at the cars and deciding what to buy no breathing down my neck. I am made up with my Qashqai and I would without a shadow of doubt return to Balham when the time comes for me to upgrade my vehicle.

I brought my Citroen C3 from Balham Cars. The sale was handle perfectly. They allowed me to have a test drive and did not limit the time I could have. They are very professional and trustworthy. The description of the car was spot on, no faults with the car. I just want to say a huge thank you Charlie and John. There were both very patient on the day of viewing the vehicle and we had great communication about the car. Thank you again. The team at Balham are really friendly and there are lots are cars available to choose from. Charlie assisted me with the purchase of my BMW and he was very helpful in anything I needed. I seen Balham Cars London Ltd advertised online, I phoned them a couple of times to ask them a few questions and to get their know-how and they was really on point. When I booked the slot to come and see the car and take it for a test drive we had to travel quiet some distance and we were an hour late, John still managed to fit me in and was really accommodating and made me feel welcome. I really am enjoying driving my Kia, it is a beautiful car. The price was competitive for what else I saw around. I wouldn't hesitate travelling again to purchase from Balham again in the future.

The service was great. Very clear and helpful, thanks! I would have no hesitations in using them again and recommending to friends. The guys who work here are incredibly friendly, I felt comfortable throughout. They were so knowledgeable too!
