So far, so good with our BMW thank you! Charlie was fab, he did not push for the sale and made it a really straightforward transaction. We are very pleased with the car we bought off them, it is doing great. We will be back here again when we need to buy another car.

This is the first time i've been to Balham Cars London Ltd and I can honestly say that the whole experience was fantastic, customer care is clearly top of their agenda and they really do lead the way here. I can't express enough how great these guys are! extremely professional and super friendly, the salesman went above and beyond what I expected, which resulted in me purchasing the car I wanted and driving away a very happy person. A great experience all round and I have no hesitation in recommending them at all.

The lads at this car dealership were all very welcoming, polite and informative. I was given an excellent service when purchasing my Toyota, nothing was too much trouble and we were made to feel very much at ease making the whole car buying experience complete hassle free. A really great service and extremely helpful. We all know salespeople are there to do a job, but it felt like John and Charlie genuinely wanted to help here, rather than them just being bothered about the sale.
