Balham cars are fantastic, I dealt with two gentlemen called Charlie and John. They showed me how everything works on the car, answered all my questions and gave me options where possible. I honestly don't think there is much that would have improved my experience, they were transparent and put no pressure on me.

Charlie and John at Balham cars were happy to help me in facets of my purchase. Throughout the buying process things went really smoothly and after when I found something on the car that needed attention they were more than happy to address this and reassured me that if I needed anything further I only needed to get in touch!

I cannot fault Balham Cars, my experience was practically perfect! John was amazing to deal with, he was able to inform me of all the functions of the car and I didn't feel under and pressure or obligation to buy. If ever I needed anything I would have no hesitations in approaching them, they are more than happy to help.

In the run up to my purchase all was so easy, I honestly couldn't have expected it to go any smoother. John was really polite and professional to deal with. The Golf drives well and I am really happy with it. There are a few little niggles I discovered such as the battery in the spare key being flat but I am happy to sort this myself.

We had a great time when buying from Balham Cars, we went to the dealership to view the car and test drive and were happy with how everything was looking. The guys here were able to get the car ready for us to take the same day so we popped out for some breakfast while we were waiting. The service throughout was excellent and we had no issues.

I bought a Seat Leon from Balham Cars about a month or so ago and I would like to give them five stars for the impeccable experience I had. I viewed the car and took it for a test drive, the gentlemen working here were polite and courteous throughout. When the day came for me to collect the car it was beautifully clean. I most definately recommend.

All round good customer service! I felt like I was well looked after from start to finish when buying my car and there was no unnecessary waiting around. Everything was taken care of in good time.
