We bought a Kia for my sister-in-law last month, and Onder, the sales executive, was fantastic. He was very informative and went over everything thoroughly with us, taking the time to explain the car in detail. He also went over the car's main features to ensure we understood how everything worked.

This was our second time purchasing a car from these guys. They were so good the first time, we had to come back. and they were just as good this time around, absolutely perfect. They were incredibly efficient and attentive, and everything just went without a hitch, so we would absolutely come back a third time!

My son dealt with most of the sale for me thankfully, all I had to do was pay and pick it up on the day. But from what I saw, the dealership is a really great garage. They were really nice on the day of purchase, had everything prepped for me, all the paperwork ready, the car was clean, answered the questions I had. As far as I’m aware, they have been absolutely great.

Looking for a car and heading down to dealerships as teenagers can be a little scary. I didn’t want to get charged more, upsold, or treated like I didn’t know anything, so I was really sceptical when it was time to look for my new car. I stumbled on these guys and took my chances by heading down. They treated us with so much respect and kindness. They weren’t condescending or treating us like idiots. They tried to help out as much as they could and answered all the questions we had about the vehicle. They didn’t keep us in the dark even though we were younger. Whatever they knew was wrong with the car, they made sure we were also aware of, so there were no hidden surprises or shocks after we took it home. They also gave us a little test drive. An absolute 10 out of 10 experience, and I couldn’t be happier.

The new Corsa is running great, touch wood lol. I found Balham Cars dealership as I was scrolling online, and when I went down, the car looked even better than the pictures. I did a lot of research before heading down, so I knew a fair bit about the car, but Charlie still went out of his way to talk me through everything, explaining the car's functions and all the little bits I needed to know. He went through the car and showed me everything, so I wasn’t in the dark about anything. He was brilliant and made the experience really great. I honestly cannot thank him enough. It was an absolute 5-star experience. I will be returning, and I do recommend anyone who lives close enough and is searching for a car to save yourself the stress and head down to these guys.

Thankfully, I was not catfished! I live fairly close to these guys but came across them through an online ad. I saw the car online but was a little worried it would look different when I got there. To my surprise, it looked exactly like the pictures. The customer service was excellent, they did everything they needed to do with me, including a test drive and telling me about the car and its add-ons. I really appreciate that they made sure everything was done swiftly and in an organized manner with no hassle. There was no added stress, and the whole purchase was just a piece of cake.

I was browsing online for quite a while, comparing options and seeing what the best choice was. I found the Peugeot I wanted from Balham Cars, so I went to visit them to have a look. Charlie was absolutely wonderful; he was so attentive and a really good salesman. He was incredibly helpful and took his time to explain everything perfectly to me, making sure I understood everything I needed to know about the car. He made the whole experience for me, and now I know where I’ll be going when it’s time to buy my next car.

Just around the corner from me, I thought it was about time I checked these guys out. I’m glad I did because I’m getting on very well with the new Mini. Their customer service was amazing. They offered me a test drive, answered all the questions I had about the car, and shared all the knowledge they had, talking me through the car, its functions, and its history. I'm really satisfied with my purchase and the service these guys provided while I was there.

Unfortunately, I don’t get to drive my new Audi Q3 as much as I want to, because for work on a day to day I drive a van. However, for the small number of miles I have put on the car, I am liking it very much. It drives really nicely. I’ve never been down to Balham cars before, but for a first-time experience, it was good enough that I would absolutely return. The guy who helped me when I was down there was a really nice guy, he talked me through the car, and answered questions for me. I took it for a test drive, and just all round was a great visit. I would recommend them 100%.

9/10 experience. everything has been great, the guys were really easy to deal with and fantastic. Peugeot has been great to me so I’m a happy customer.
