Thankfully, I was not catfished! I live fairly close to these guys but came across them through an online ad. I saw the car online but was a little worried it would look different when I got there. To my surprise, it looked exactly like the pictures. The customer service was excellent, they did everything they needed to do with me, including a test drive and telling me about the car and its add-ons. I really appreciate that they made sure everything was done swiftly and in an organized manner with no hassle. There was no added stress, and the whole purchase was just a piece of cake.

I was browsing online for quite a while, comparing options and seeing what the best choice was. I found the Peugeot I wanted from Balham Cars, so I went to visit them to have a look. Charlie was absolutely wonderful; he was so attentive and a really good salesman. He was incredibly helpful and took his time to explain everything perfectly to me, making sure I understood everything I needed to know about the car. He made the whole experience for me, and now I know where I’ll be going when it’s time to buy my next car.

Just around the corner from me, I thought it was about time I checked these guys out. I’m glad I did because I’m getting on very well with the new Mini. Their customer service was amazing. They offered me a test drive, answered all the questions I had about the car, and shared all the knowledge they had, talking me through the car, its functions, and its history. I'm really satisfied with my purchase and the service these guys provided while I was there.

Unfortunately, I don’t get to drive my new Audi Q3 as much as I want to, because for work on a day to day I drive a van. However, for the small number of miles I have put on the car, I am liking it very much. It drives really nicely. I’ve never been down to Balham cars before, but for a first-time experience, it was good enough that I would absolutely return. The guy who helped me when I was down there was a really nice guy, he talked me through the car, and answered questions for me. I took it for a test drive, and just all round was a great visit. I would recommend them 100%.

I was browsing online and saw this dealership had the Golf I wanted. So I went down and test drove it, just to see if it was right for me. I ended up coming back two days later to take the car, as I knew it was the perfect option. Luckily, the car looked like the pictures online, so there was no catfish situation. They showed me all the functions of the car that day and made sure I knew everything I needed to.

Feeling very lucky to be the owner of my new Polo. It drives really nicely. Balham Cars have been great as far as I’m aware. They did everything really efficiently, which was just better for me because it meant I spent less time waiting around and could leave as soon as possible with my new purchase. They were really welcoming and kind, offered me a test drive, and all the paperwork was prepped so it was straight in and straight out.

The overall experience has been fantastic. I met really good people there who sold the car to me. So far, the new Golf has been an absolute delight with no problems whatsoever, a beautiful drive indeed. It's been about 3 months driving the lovely car. I also really like the fact that for my servicing, I can go to Balham. It's a really organized business.

I knew what I wanted when I was searching online and was just browsing to find a decent price, mileage, and condition for a Golf. I came across these guys, and what attracted me was that they were AA approved, which was really important to me. So far, the car is great. The pictures matched what the car actually looked like, so I wasn’t surprised, which was such a relief. They offered me a lot of add-ons, refreshments, and test drives, etc. Honestly, I cannot fault them. It was an absolute 5-star experience and service. Now I know where to go when I’m looking for my next vehicle.
