Out with the old, in with the new. The new Golf drives like a dream. I was a little curious at first, as it was my first time buying a car from this dealership. When I arrived, the staff were really friendly. They took care of everything, offered a test drive, made sure the car was clean, and had all the paperwork ready for me. It was a team of really great people, and I would definitely return.

Very happy with my new Corsa and was very impressed with the customer service. It was an easy handoff process, and everything was just proper straightforward and simple. No hassle, no stress and no pressure, which are the most important things.

They helped me find a great deal for my old car and were incredibly helpful. They did everything they could, and I’m getting on really well with the new Honda, so who can fault them. They offered me a test drive, talked me through all the car's features, answered everything I wanted to know, and just made the process really easy.

It’s refreshing to find a dealership that treats customer service as a priority above selling cars. Their cars are great too, but they go out of their way to help customers and try to assist wherever they can. Even after sales, they make an effort to find a solution and get things sorted for you. You can't complain about service like that.

The car is great so far. This isn’t my first visit, as I live nearby and have been here before. I plan to keep coming back. Customer service is always excellent, it has to be, or else the staff would definitely hear about it from me, haha. I’d give them 4 stars, it would’ve been five if they gave me the car for free. But no, in all honesty, they’re really top chaps.

What a great owner! He is honestly a really nice guy, very friendly and welcoming, and easy to talk to. He made me feel really comfortable and answered all my questions. It’s nice when the owner takes the time to properly talk to you; it makes you feel like a truly valued customer. So, shoutout to these guys, absolute diamonds!

We absolutely love our new Vauxhall Zafira. We would definitely recommend checking out the guys down at Balham Cars. Charlie was tremendous, he offered us a test drive and told us all about the car. He also let us know there was a 7-day cooling-off period with the car, but we knew it would be ours anyway. In the far, far future, when we purchase another vehicle, we will be coming back to these guys because we know the service is exemplary.

He is a lovely gentleman who made me feel welcome, had patience and took his time to answer all of my questions and queries thoroughly.
