I had heard good things about the Qashqai so I decided to check out Balham Cars of London after seeing one for sale with them through Auto Trader. As soon as I arrived there I was greeted by Charlie and John, two friendly and professional salesmen who were very helpful and had amazing knowledge about the cars that they had for sale. They showed me around the car and they explained the features and benefits, they were not pushy or aggressive but rather funny and easy-going, they made me feel comfortable and relaxed. The Qashqai handled well on the road, with good acceleration, braking, and steering, it was also very quiet and smooth with no rattles or vibrations, it felt like a luxury car but at a fraction of the cost. I was sold on the Qashqai and decided to buy it, Charlie and John made the paperwork easy and fast, they were very transparent and honest about everything. I drove away with my Qashqai and I couldn’t be happier, it is a lovely car that meets all my expectations and needs. I am very grateful to my sister for recommending me to Balham Cars of London and to Charlie and John for their excellent service and customer care, they are the best in the business and I would highly recommend them to anyone. They fully deserve the 5 out of 5 rating which I have given them.

I am in love with my new BMW Z4, I would be lying if I said the car was without its issues, there were a coupe things which I was concerned about after the sale however, Charlie assured me if I bring the car back to them they would rectify anything I wasn't happy with. They kept their word and resolved everything to a very high standard without any protest. The car is excellent and I am really enjoying driving it about, it isn't any more than an run around car at the moment but I hope to travel a little further afield in the new year. I couldn't fault Charlie, I really feel I have found a salesmen and a dealership who I can trust.

An excellent car, from an excellent salesmen at an excellent company. John was so good to us and I am really satisfied with the service and my new Ford Fiesta. I had a Ford Fusion before and the Fiesta is really not to dissimilar, they are both 1.6L engines but the Fiesta does feel a bit quicker. I am really liking the drive and feel very comfortable with Balham Cars London, get yourself down there if you are looking for a new motor, they have lots on offer and you won't regret it.

I am incredibly happy with my new car, it's very nice compared to my old Vauxhall Grandland! I haven't got much experience driving different cars but the Ford Focus I got from Charlie at Balham Cars London feels so nice to drive and really feels like an upgrade. Charlie was very professional throughout, thorough in his approach and seemed very organised start to finish. I warmed up to him very quickly and felt I could go back to him with any issues, questions and he would be there to support us after the sale. I would recommend Balham Cars London and will be returning in future when I need to replace this one.

A very lovely car from a very lovely dealership, John was an absolutely pleasure to deal with and made the experience feel first class from my perspective, he was attentive throughout, very friendly and welcoming, He helped us make an informed choice based on our requirements. The car has been wonderful, I am really happy with it and it's very fitting for me and my wife and what we need. This has been my first experience buying a car and I am very happy I chose Balham Cars London to help me. My partner and I really like John, he is easy to get along with, we looked at some many cars on the day, didn't feels pressured at anytime to come to a decision, John was happy to explain the ins and outs, compare the options we were looking at and helped us come to a decision that was right for us. The car has been excellent so far, my only criticism was were were promised a call back after the sale regarding an MOT and didn't hear back, we had to chase this.

I am really loving my new Mini, I have always had new cars on PCP so buying a used car was a relatively new experience for me however, I was pleasantly surprised in dealing with Balham Cars London and wouldn't have any reservations in using them again. We had a little scare within the first month when we took the car to a local garage to have the aircon re-gassed and the mechanic noticed a ticking noise, he said this was the timing belt and we had to get this changed, we were offered the extended warranty and declined due to how far away from the dealership we live, for this reason, we didn't make Balham aware and paid for this ourselves, the mechanic did however say, everything looked immaculate, the car seemed to be really well taken care of and I am loving driving it. I have the roof down at every given opportunity and plan on getting another couple bits looked at for our peace of mind coming into the winter months.

Every time i look at my car, I just think I love you! It's the perfect little car for me and I am really pleased with it. I find it a lot easier to say things when something goes wrong but the whole process have been easy, simple, pleasant and the car is absolutely perfect. Charlie was excellent! Someone has scrapped the side of me already but that's the joys of driving in London I suppose. I will certainly buy from Balham again!

Generally, the car has been excellent, John and Charlie are both excellent salesmen and really, really good at what they do. I wasn't expecting a brand new pristine car, I am very realistic with my expectations. I did notice more scratches on the body work after I had washed the car and I have noticed a squeaking from the brake disks, aside from this, I am very happy with the car, it drives really well and looks good too. I'm going to look to get the brakes sorted under the warranty which will make a massive difference and would certainly return to Balham Cars London.

My car is doing very very well, the Nissan Qashqai is the perfect size car for me and my family and is better than anything we have had before. Charlie and John were both very very nice, looked after us and made is feel well at home. I have noticed recently the clutch does feel rather hard which has been worrying me but I have the extended warranty and one of the team called me to check everything was going well, I highlighted the issue and he assured me we would get this looked into and I am confident this will be resolved, 11/10 service start to finish!
