John & Charlie were incredible from start to finish!. Nothing was ever too much for them and they got everything sorted in a short amount of time and I was able to pick the car up at a time that was good for myself with no hassle. The Volkswagen is incredible I honestly can’t recommend John & Charlie enough! They really know everything and I can’t recommend Balham Cars London enough! Next time it comes to buying a car I won’t think twice about going back to John & Charlie. I only scored them 4 out of 5 because no one is ever perfect, but boy did these come close.

Charlie and John are fab at Balham, incredibly informative and friendly. The car that they sold me is a great car and loving it, unfortunately I am having a slight issue with the Engine coolant leaking but I am in communications with them and have every faith they will help me get this sorted.

I would honestly give Charlie at Balham cars more than 5* if I could. Not only is the car spot on, and im really enjoying driving it, the customer service Charlie gave me was top notch. I have been shouting from the rooftops recommending Balham Cars to all my friends and family and as much as I adore my car, when the time comes that I need a upgrade I will be heading straight there.

Once I had bought my new Mercedes from Balham Cars about a week later, there became a issue with the car. I called up Charlie at Balham and he said bring it down and it was fixed promptly with no questions asked. Best after sales I have ever experienced. 5* service all day long

Charlie is an amazing lad, brilliant in fact! I went to visit Balham Cars London on Friday morning and after looking around the showroom, I found the Vauxhall Adam. I then spoke to Charlie and asked if it was possible to get the car before Monday as that is when I would need it for my commute to work. He reassured me that he would do the best he could, and he really did hit it out of the park!! My car had been serviced, had its tyre's changed and valeted. I then got a call from Charlie on Saturday morning to tell me the car was ready to be collected and with all the issues resolved. I picked it up that morning and it has been an amazing daily car since.

An amazing experience for buying any car! It was my first time purchasing a car from here but it was one of my friends who actually recommended me to visit the dealership. John was very open to listen to me ramble on about the type of colour, the size of the car, engine size etc.... but he was very helpful. I went for the Vauxhall Zafira and it has been getting the job done for now. There is one small issue, which is that the air-con doesn't work so I do need to mention this but overall I'm very happy!

Back in summer I purchased my BMW 5 Series from this dealership and the car has been amazing since. It was my first time buying from here and I have to say that it was a pleasure to purchase my car from here.

My new car has treated me very well since driving it away in August. It was Danny who sold me the car and from what I can remember he was very pleasant to deal with but to be honest with you the whole team were great. When I picked up the new car it was valeted to a very high standard, I was very impressed.

All is running well with my Peugeot, with no issues to report. It was a very quick process as I went in on the Saturday morning and had a look around (without pressure) I then picked the Peugeot to test drive. The team were great and let me drive it for 15 minutes to get a real feel for the car and come Saturday afternoon the paperwork had been completed and I drove the car home.
