Luke was really helpful when we visited Baylham,he had all the information we needed and spent as long as we required to get all the details.He was very polite. When we purchased the vehicle he kept us up to date regularly with pics of valeted car and times/date when we could collect. Overall a very satisfying experience
Went to look at a car saturday afternoon and had it home on my drive by tuesday evening! Luke at baylham auto was a top man! Great service, very friendly and could not do more help to help us out. The experience of buying a car here exceeded my expectations. The customer service was second to none; nothing was too much trouble. With the patience of a saint, Luke took the time to listen to and answer my questions, provided advice about cleaning the fabric roof covering, and even investigated and resolved an intermittent fuse problem. There was no sales pressure, only correct tyre pressure. Thoroughly recommended.

I came to Baylham autos as a recommend and I was not disappointed. I have no knowledge of cars and needed a good reliable car for work. Luke was especially helpful and proactive in finding a car that met all my requirements. I can’t fault them at all. Helpful positive and painless experience from start to finish. Happy to recommend. My wife was looking for another car found a Vauxhall Mokka,test drive all good. Luke at the dealership was very good no pushy sales pitch,and most helpfull. We had a small problem with the car after collection,but again Luke got it all sorted asap. A good buying experience.
