I just bought my 2nd hand Focus from,Luke at Balham Auto's, and what a Top chap to deal with, nothing was to much trouble, and he went above and beyond to make my experience very smooth indeed. I was half expecting the normal pushy type salesman, so a really pleasant surprise, to find I was dealing with a fantastic guy, who answered all my questions and queries without hesitation, and did not apply any pressure on me, so after debating on the car, for two weeks and visiting three other dealer's during that time, I returned to the place with excellent customer service, and a Superb motor to boot. Have highly recommended him to several of my work colleagues already. Excellent show.
