Super happy with the BMW M2 I bought. The guys there are really nice and welcoming. I dealt with Lewis, he was great, very helpful, he looked after me, answered all questions - was just fantastic. The car is brilliant, I really cannot fault it, it's the nicest car I've ever owned, so I'm extremely happy with it.

I have bought 2 cars from Better Value Cars now, this time I bought a BMW M4, I'm so pleased with it. Its a little bit more costly on fuel, which I expected, but its worth the extra. Its brilliant to drive, I'm really happy with it. The customer service here is second to none, they look after you, and help in anyway they can. I always recommend Better Value Cars to others, and I will be using them again when I'm ready for another car.

From the moment I first contacted Better Value Cars, I was filled with confidence that the staff knew exactly what they were on about, they had the customers interest at heart and are very well educated on the stock they hold. I enquired about a BMW M2 on the Friday, I spoke to them on the Sunday and arranged to see the car on Monday, which was a bank holiday. 3 hours after arriving, I was driving away in my new M2! It was a quick, easy and very straight forward process. The car is fantastic, its a bit of an upgrade from what I had, so to say I'm enjoying it, would be an understatement! Its lovely to drive, I'm made up with it. I have no doubt in buying from them again or recommending to friends and family.

When I went down to the dealership, I asked the young chap 'How long will this take, I know what I want to buy, just want a quick easy sale', he said not long at all, give us an hour and we will get you sorted. Within 20 mins, the car was taxed, and ready to be driven away. The speed that Better Value Cars work at was outstanding, and with that they maintain brilliant customer service. The car was clean, as described, there really isn't any negative at all. I'm enjoying the Mercedes, really happy I choose to buy here. Highly recommend!

I dealt with Paul at Better Value cars, he was knowledgeable and experienced, and he used this to help me decide on the car to buy. He wasn't pushy at all, very professional and helpful. The Nissan I bought is perfect, I havent had much time to drive it just yet, but when I have driven it, its running really smooth, I can't wait to take it out on a long journey and see it preforming at its best! Thanks again to Paul and the team, I'll be back when I'm ready for a new car!

The staff at Better Value Cars were helpful, easy going and very professional. There was a minor issue, and I contacted the garage and they told me to bring the car down straight away, and they will look into it for me. The issues did resolve, so it wasn't necessary, but they were willing to help the best they could. I'm really happy with the BMW I bought and I feel they handled my sale really well. I will use Better Value again in the future, and would always recommend the others.

You won't get better customer service anywhere! Super impressed with Better Value Cars, From seeing the car, to viewing it, and buying it, the process was just quick and easy. They have a great relationship with their lenders, and make the finance part extremely simple for customers. I bought a BMW and I'm over the moon with it, brilliant value for money. Paul made everything seem very straight forward, I will be using them again and would highly recommend to anybody looking for a reliable garage and reliable cars.
