So on the 7th of Feb 2017 we went to Berkshire fiesta centre to get a new car , the reason why we went there is because we brought a car of there before but didnt have any problems other than fake promises but nothing big ... until now!! So when we arrived there we were greater by Paul the sales rep , we explained what we wanted and you could tell he was half listening... any ways we told him we wanted to get 2 cars and as soon as we said that his eyes lit up as any sales man would... any ways we chose what cars we wanted and told him we were happy to go ahead with the finance.., he told us it would be on a PCP and there would be a ballon payment at the end which we understood, so 6 months down the line... I call up the finance company to get a settlement figure because I was thinking of paying it off or selling it to pay it off... until the finance people told me that It was on a personal loan and that the car was ours ! As soon as I heard that I was thinking how can he not tell us that? Because if I knew I wouldn't of gone for it! This place is misleading , unreliable... and I can't believe that he did this ! Avoid at all cost.. honestly not worth you wasting your time with them , go somewhere else ... I will be contacting the financial ombudsman and I will be taking this further... not happy at all AVOID Berkshire Fiesta Centre in Bracknell!!!!!!
