I would never buy a car from here again. Unable to speak to someone at snodland. After having the car a week the exhaust was hanging off and back bumper was hanging. They wanted me to go up nearly 3 weeks later for them to have a look which meant driving the car for 2hrs with a hanging exhaust. I asked if I had the work done where I lived they said no I have to come to them. I feel like they have sold me a car that has been involved in an accident and not said. All they want is your money. Once car has left there show room they don't want to know. It's absolutely disgusting how they treat customers. I'm in two minds in giving the car back

The vehicles advertised on the website and autotrader are advertised under the current market value enticing customers to visit. Once at the dealer all the vehicles have been sold and the vehicles available with higher mileage and lower spec advertised at substantially higher prices. Drove over two hours to the dealer and left totally disappointed with the quality of service available vehicles. Totally undermines the integrity of the dealer.
I used Big Motoring World back in Feb to buy my BMW 3 Series. I have been happy with everything, no problems to date so you cant ask for much more than that. I found the service good, the car was exactly what I expected. I do not envisage any issues going forwards so would happily recommend
