I really can't fault the car, I just wish it was still as clean as when we picked it up. We had originally been sent a catalogue of all the cars they had in stock to see if there was any that caught the eye, but if anything, they had so many that I got even more confused as to what I wanted, so I decided to go down to the dealership to have a discussion with a member of staff to see if they could shed some clarity on what I could get with my set budget and required specs. Luckily, they did have a few that I could easily have ended up buying, but I opted for the Ford Focus due to the status of the Ford brand in regards to durability. Since buying the car, it has just been truly fantastic, and the customer service from Luke has been brilliant from start to finish. So without a doubt, 5 stars all around.
