Recently I bought my son his first car, which was a Vauxhall Corsa from this dealership. I’d been looking for a while to try and find a car that would be perfect for him. I decided the Corsa was a great first car, especially given the additional extras it came with. Kelvin helped me throughout the purchase with no pressure. I just wanted to say a big thank you for making the experience a good one. My son is truly obsessed with his new car and loves driving it any chance he gets.

Everything is going perfectly with the Renault Kadjar. Having decided to get my wife a new car, we went to Birchwood Motor Centre to have a look around their selection of cars, and it didn't take long to find her the perfect car. It was the Renault because it met all of her requirements, and it was a bonus that the car came with cruise control and surround parking sensors. Since driving away, we are very happy with our purchase and all the staff involved in making it happen. Birchwood Motor Centre, you were amazing. I recently had the privilege of buying an exceptional Mercedes-Benz A class from them. Jamie the salesman was a real gent, very knowledgeable, and was a true help to me throughout the sale. I hadn't driven an automatic before, so he gave some tips on how to get used to the car, and they worked a dream. Having successfully taken the car for a test drive, I knew this was the car for me. So I decided to get the deal done there and then, and I haven't looked back since the car really is magnificent, and I can't fault either the car or the customer service. 5 stars is well deserved.

I had been looking to get myself a hybrid car for quite some time, so when I saw a Mitsubishi Outlander for sale at Birchwood Motor Centre, I knew I had to enquire to get some more details, and the staff couldn't have been more helpful. Everything was sorted over the phone, and Dean was fantastic! he sent over all the relevant information, including 360 pictures, which made my mind up and arranged a delivery date. On delivery, I did a quick spot check over the car and had a quick test drive, just to make sure I was fully satisfied with everything; the car was spotless. The overall process couldn't have been made any simpler for me, so thank you for the great customer service. 5 stars.

Having recently buying my Volvo XC40 from Birchwood Motor Centre. The staff couldn't have been more pleasant and couldn't have possibly done any more for me and my family. We had gone to the dealership after booking an appointment to see another car, but after discussing what exactly we were looking for, we found we were able to get a more upgraded car, which was even better value for money. The Volvo XC40 was initially something we hadn't really considered before, but on inspection, it was everything we needed. After signing the paperwork and getting the keys, we were off on the very same day. I couldn't recommend them highly enough.

If you're looking to get yourself a great motor, you should get yourself to this dealership. I honestly couldn't recommend them enough. I recently bought my BMW 2 series from here, and I can hand down say they offer exceptional customer service. I first spotted the BMW while driving past the showroom one day, so I decided just to go back the following day for a closer look. The dealership is super easy to locate, and the array of cars is brilliant. What I liked most about the dealership is that they have a little track you can go around for the test drives. It really made the experience much more unique and just added to the professionalism of this reputable dealership.

After doing a lot of research online to try and find the right car for me, I decided on the Ford C-Max, and it was just a case of me finding the right dealership. Luckily for me, that's where this company comes in. They had a few in stock, but one of them stood heads and shoulders above the rest, a lovely silver C-Max, which had exceptionally low mileage for a 13-plate. I knew I had to give the dealership a call to get more information. Due to my location in Scotland, it was a necessity to get as much information from the dealership, and they couldn't have been any more accommodating, providing lots of pictures and video walk-arounds of the car, which really gave me that peace of mind and more faith in the dealership themselves for how efficient they were. Based on the videos, I decided to take the risk and buy the car prior to seeing it in person, and it's safe to say they haven't let me down. The car was exactly as advertised. With Birchwood Motor Centre, what you see is what you get. just a genuine, honest dealership. If I could rate higher, I would.

After going through Car Gurus to try and find myself a new, suitable car, I came across a Volkswagen Polo with low mileage in great condition at Birchwood Motor Centre. I had arranged an appointment over the phone and was met by Dean, who was honestly amazing. He provided more details in regards to the car and explained everything very well in regards to the next steps and additional features. He then gave me the space to have a look around the car for myself. It really was refreshing to see sales staff giving me the time needed to look over the car and not have anyone hoovering over my shoulder. It just showed that extra bit of professionalism, which overall won me over, and I couldn't wait to get a deal done. Great staff, brilliant car, fantastic dealership. and will most certainly be coming back for my next one.

I just wanted to express my gratitude to everyone at Birchwood Motor Centre for assisting me in selecting my new Nissan Qashqai. It's truly an exceptional car, and I'm delighted with the spaciousness it offers; no longer do I feel cramped like a sardine. A few weeks ago, we found ourselves down at the Birchwood motor centre looking at a Vauxhall Grandland X after spotting it on Autotrader, so we decided to call up the dealership just to get some more information on the vehicle prior to making our minds up on booking a further appointment to see the car in person. We were impressed by the staff's knowledge in regards to the car's features and additional options; by the end of the call, we were sold on it and arranged a viewing for the following day. On the day we were met by Luke, who was just spot on with everything he did, again very informative, great energy, chirpy, and all-round sound guy. After having a quick test drive and signing the paperwork, away we went. The time honestly flew by. So overall, I can say this is a lovely dealership, and I wouldn't change a thing. Great work, guys.
