The team made everything so smooth and easy for me, it was my first time buying a car so naturally I was a bit nervous. Everything was laid out plain and simple, and all the cars tech was explained before I took it away! I am really happy with y car, and have already recommended a few of my friends to have a look!

Without a doubt I would definitely go back to the guys if I was after another car, they were so kind and courteous and made me feel really welcome at their premises. I decided to go with an 18 plate Ford Fiesta, and I am so happy with my decision, it is a lovely car and has definitely met my expectations up to now. It drives beautifully and is great on fuel consumption too, overall a great purchase!

The customer service from the gents was great, I felt well looked after and cared for from beginning to end. All of my questions were answered, and no pressure was applied to go through with the sale, I felt very clued up about the Yaris before leaving. I would have to give the Birchwood team 5 stars, they were a really lovely garage to buy from!

My last 3 BMW's have been brilliant so when I was upgrading I wanted to stick with them, I went with a 19 plate 1 Series and its perfect, I love the car very much and enjoy it every time I'm behind the wheel. It was all done very quickly, has to be the quickest car purchase Ive made they don't mess around and they are very good at what they do, especially Jamie. I can't recommend Birchwood Motor highly enough, they were excellent from start to finish! Jamie is an excellent salesman, a true fountain of knowledge and very on the ball. Cant praise him enough. The Kuga I had delivered is exactly what they said it would be, not a single hiccup or niggle and the car is in more than immaculate condition. They accommodated me well by delivering the car to me instead of me collecting and they always worked around me. My Son is looking for a new car this year and said he wants to deal with Birchwood after my experience with them, so he will be in touch when the time comes. Lovely people to deal with, I don't recommend business' often, unless I'm absolutely chuffed and I am more than that!!

Absolutely fanatstic dealership, they are the politest, most helpful and above anything... GENUINE! No breathing down my neck and silly hard selling tactics putting pressure on me. They gave me the keys, showed me to the car and left me to look over and ask any questions when I was ready. The service sold this place to me and the car... well that sold itself! Over the moon and would recommend these all day long!

I went to Birchwood to upgrade my Q3 for a newer one, I love this model and wanted to stick with what I knew. The new Q3 is brilliant, its taken a bit of getting used to as its quite different, much more modern, lots of new tech etc, I'm really pleased with it. I was served by Jamie and he lovely, very very helpful, he went through all the details and documents and was happy to explain anything I asked. I highly recommend Birchwood Motor Centre if you're looking for a reliable genuine dealership.

Really happy with the buying experience, everything was dealt with quickly, swiftly and professionally. Jamie was helpful and so friendly and welcoming. There was no pressure on me to buy the car and Jamie took his time to explain everything about the car so I could make my own decision.
