Dean was really helpful and knowledgeable and did all of the leg work for me. I am so happy with him!

I couldn't of ask for much more to tell the truth, Dean really went above and beyond for me. He took my number and said that if there was anything that cropped up give him and shout and that it would be sorted. When I was having a look around the car, I had a few questions about the cambelt and the brakes/disc, he didn't even hesitate in the slightest in getting the brakes changed and new dics. He also came back to me about the cambelt with a detailed answer. He truly looked after he and took customer care to another level. The car is running beautifully and I couldn't be happier with it. There is not many dealers around like this, I cant recommend Dean at Birchwood Motor Centre enough!

I am pleased with Birchwood, they did everything I asked and changed the things I didn't like. I was quite picky, but they didn't struggle to keep up with my requirements. They cleaned the car so well for me, it looked spanking new! The salesman was nice and helped me around dealership.

I have just had a couple of issues flag up with the car, so I took it back to Birchwood to get those looked into, and they are more than happy to get that sorted. They have been really helpful throughout, and have made everything really simple. I definitely recommend!

I bought a Jaguar a few years back from Birchwood, and the provided me with excellent service, so why would I go anywhere else for my cars, when they gave me exactly what I wanted! This time round, it was just as good, they couldn't have done enough for me, I think it was Mitch and Dean who I dealt with, and they were excellent. Got everything in order, and made it dead easy. I will definitely be sticking with Birchwood from now on, they are good as gold!

I got my previous car from Birchwood Motor Centre a few years ago, and due to everything being simple and efficient, I decided to go again for the Vauxhall Mokka, and upto now it has been great! As per my previous experience, the lads were very helpful, made everything dead quick and the turnaround was really quick too. No issues to raise, and it goes without saying I'll be back for another down the line!

We bought this Micra for the wife as the previous one was a bit old and haggard, and she is very impressed with it upto now, it is a lovely little car! I will be going straight back to Birchwood in a few months when I am after a new one, as I have the wifes old car now, and she's put too many dints in the car for my liking! I was really impressed with how easy the sale was, and would definitely pass on my recommendations!
