10/10 for customer service!! A really nice bunch of people providing amazing service for customers. I can't fault it at all. I had a small issue with the window button not working and when I told the dealer they said no problem, bring it back down, they ordered a new switch and fixed it straight away. The Kia Sportage is perfect, its running nicely and very comfortable. Birchwood Motor Centre really looked after me, I will 100% recommend.

I bought a second hand Volkswagen Polo from this dealership and I honestly cannot fault the company. I would recommend Birchwood Motor Centre to anybody looking to buy a car. Due to the restriction in place the dealership allowed me to test drive alone, they had all the correct measures in place and the customers and staff safety was at the forefront. There's a very professional feel and look here, and they value customer's. I am pleased with the Polo is absolutely perfect!

I was really impressed with the dealership, Dean was amazing, he got things sorted really quickly, the car was clean and tidy when I collected, just over-all a personal and professional service. I recently bought a Volkswagen Golf, I didn't buy the car for an every day car so I don't use it that often, but what I have driven of it, its lovely, very enjoyable to drive. No complaints with the customer service, the dealer was helpful and friendly and the process was smooth. I would use again if they had the right car in and I'd recommend to others.

Very quick, easy and smooth process at Birchwood Motor Centre. It was nice to feel relaxed about buying a car and the staff at the dealership made me feel at ease through-out. I'm over the moon with my new Ford Fiesta, the car is only a couple of years old, but looks and drives as though its brand new, its such a nice car, great condition and drives lovely. The dealer was really helpful, the service was perfect, what I expected and more.

Due to a recent knee operation, I needed to change my car, I had a Mercedes and it was far too low for me getting in and out, I saw a Toyota SUV Hybrid with Birchwood Motor Centre and liked the look of it! I test drove and it suited me perfectly. I bought the car mainly for practicality purposes, but now I'm used to it, and really pleased with it, and enjoying driving it. Its a beautiful car and serving its purpose well. The chaps down at the dealership were spot on, the looked after me, very good and helpful. I'd be happy to buy from BMC again.

This is the first time I've bought a car from Birchwood Motor Centre, I will use this dealer again to buy my next car, the whole experience was pain-less and enjoyable. I bought a Mercedes Benz GLA which is automatic it's the first time I've owned an automatic, and I'm absolutely loving it. Now I'm used to it, the car is lovely to drive, runs great and very comfortable. The customer service was spot on, the guys got things sorted in good time, and the whole process was quick, smooth and professional. I would happily recommend to others.

I cannot fault Jamie and Birchwood Motor Centre, from first contacting the dealership, Jamie was helpful, polite, very friendly and had a lot of knowledge around the car I was enquiring about. There was no pushiness or pressure, he allowed me the time I needed, there was no rush. I have already been back down to the dealership to look at a car for my girlfriend, so will be completing that deal very soon. I highly recommend, I will 100% use again in the future.

I have used Birchwood Motor Centre previously, and I've always had a pleasant experience, the staff are helpful, friendly and very accommodating. I just bought a Volkswagen Tiguan and I'm super pleased with the car, its very enjoyable to drive, its perfect!
