I couldn't fault he customer service provided here, the dealership was absolutely superb, they were helpful, polite and very professional. The Ford Focus I bought was amazing value for money, its only 1 year old, and feels and looks brand new, low mileage and great condition. I'm really happy with it, my wife has been driving it too, and I've had the approval from her, she's made up with it!

I can't remember the name of the gentleman who helped me at Birchwood, but I can remember how helpful and fantastic he was. He was not a pushy salesman with a hard-selling approach, he was laid back, professional and polite. I was given plenty of time to look over the car and make my own decision. I had mentioned a few little bits that I found on the car, and when I collected it, they had all been sorted. I went for a Ford Fiesta, I'm in love with it, so happy, its lovely and I'm thoroughly enjoying it. Everybody I spoke to at the dealership was kind and caring, I would be very comfortable buying here again, I will be recommending to family and friends too.

I am very pleased with Birchwood Motor Centre, I bought a Volkswagen Tiguan and I had an issue with the battery and a light came on last week (Only had car a couple of weeks), I called and arranged to take it back on Monday, they said it won't take longer than a week, they called me on Wednesday and I picked it up yesterday. The issues have been fully resolved and the car is running and driving perfectly. They got this sorted quicker than expected, and they have fixed it to my standard. The dealer has exceeded expectations, even during the sale, the customer service was fantastic, very smooth and easy. I will use this dealer next time I need a new vehicle, and will definitely recommend to friends.

Birchwood Motor Centre is a very nice company, I like dealing with them, they are easy to speak to, I feel comfortable on site, and they have always provided very good cars for me. I have bought 5+ cars from here and never had any issues. I always go back because I like how they work. Quick, smooth and very helpful. The cars are priced well, and they care about customers. I bought a Ford S-max and very pleased with it, as expected.
