Scan artists selling substandard cars, false advertising..lying cheating thieves....12 breakdowns in 9 months I'd have been cheaper buying a new car ..thank God fir the RAC towed home to Scotland on at least 4 occasions....absolute con men

When I bought a car from them I paid for two years' free servicing and MoTs. Now they've vanished. That's theft in my book.

Paid cash 4 a car from Biscuit Motor Company a few years ago.It had to go in 4 repair.A major part had snapped at front.Breakdown co. said must of been in a serious collision before I bought it with part snapping as i drove it WITHOUT ever damaging it as the company claimed.They did repair it after a LOT of tel. calls.I think this was only because I'd only had the car less than a month.I will NEVER use this company again.They were very friendly selling the car;but a different story repairing it.I'm just glad I came across these reviews so i could tell people not to trust any guarantees or warranty they give.They tried to say I had done the damage so they don't have to pay.UNTRUE.

Paid top money for a Golf GTI from Biscuit Motor Company. Great salesmen but car had been in an accident, no way dealership didn't know.

Absolutely shocking paid for 2 years servicing and that was in June last year but they forgot to mention that in the January of last year they knew they were closing down but yet they took payments not just off myself but loads more customers which are now left in the lerch and having to pay for a service these should have provided. It's a absolute joke!

Shocking after sales would not recommend at all give up all hope on taking it back to biscuit motor company for them to try AGAIN to resolve the problem

i have just purchased a vehicle from biscuit motor company , and it has been a very easy process very much thanks to richard dunham , he is a very friendly and knowledgable man who has made the purchase very straightforward , i have had previous vehicles from the company and each time i have dealt with richard and he has just been great and i feel he is a very hard working team player. i would definatly recommend biscuit motor company!!!!

I would highly recommend buying from Biscuit, having once bought a vehicle from a lesser company still within vroom and had my fingers burnt, I now always return to Biscuit, they helped me purchase a car for my families requirements and never at any point did I feel pressured or rushed into a decision. I will always return for future purchases, even if they have not got a make and model of car which you would like they can find one for you, your then reassured that it has their quality assurance which is impeccable. This company are very well presented and welcoming to all customers. I would highly recommend them, the risk is too great to go anywhere else
