P-E-R-F-E-C-T service!! Nothing was too much trouble and the gentlemen I dealt with were so nice! The let me gave a good look round the car and a test drive too. On the whole my A3 is a fantastic bit of kit! Drives well and looks the part. The only issue I have had is with the key fob but they have got it booked in to get this seen too and they seem to be under the impression that this should be a quick fix... happy days! Craig and Ben have been wonderful throughout and I can't thank them enough for all their assistance.

I dealt with two guys down and Bob Davies and one who dealt with the sale and another who finalised everything, unfortunately I cannot remember their names but they were both a pleasure to deal with, customer service was bob on and the after service was very helpful too! The Q2 is doing brilliantly well for me. I would rate five stars on all aspects.
