There is no reason that I can think of why I would not give BVG Automotive 5 stars. From having a chat about the car I was interested in buying to the collection, it was top-notch. Shah was someone I felt comfortable around, and he kept me in the loop with everything. The car was in immaculate condition and smelled lovely. They did a great job with the valeting and making sure it was fully prepared.

Great cars friendly staff but would definitely recommend taking for a longer test drive get up to speed mine shakes when I got up to speed on the way home like the brakes are warped

BVG Automotive in Oldham is such a wonderful place to buy a car. Raf went above and beyond to ensure it was a stress-free transaction. I would definitely buy another car from this company, and they come highly recommended by me!

Everything was straightforward. My Land Rover was in immaculate condition when it was handed over to me, and it was lovely and clean inside and out, showing me that the car had been valeted to a very high standard.

I couldn't be happier with my Volvo so far. Everything has been going well, and the car's performance is flawless. A special shout-out to Rob, who was excellent throughout the entire process. From the word go, BVG Automotive was simply amazing. I would describe RAF, the sales rep, as an expert in the car industry; there were no questions he left unanswered. What I loved most about him was his non-pushy approach and the willingness to allow me all the time I needed to ensure I was making the right choice. The car was immaculate on my arrival and the price was fair. A no pressure test drive with no minder was stress free & everything was done on the day. I went home happy with a lovely new car. Great, polite customer service.

From the moment I stepped foot in the dealership I felt very well looked after because we had to wait for the car to come from another site but while we waited, we were offered tea and coffee. Everyone was so apologetic but kept giving us an update on when then car would be here. It was nice and reassuring to know that they cared to keep us updated. Once the car arrived, I was very impressed with the Golf and its condition, so I didn't hesitate to get it.
